Founder/Owner Dr. Kelly Trutter, PhD, BCBA

Dr. Trutter has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis for over 20 years. Whether working in schools, residential programs, or clinical settings, she soon realized that behavior services in the realm of social skills and emotion regulation were not given the priority that was needed to effect change in behavior. Her hope in creating Clover is to fill the gap in services to identify these needs and provide support to individuals and their caretakers which will vastly improve their quality of life. Through the science of applied behavior analysis, Clover staff use systematic methodologies to target meaningful behavior change.

Dr. Trutter is board certified in behavior analysis and received her PhD in Psychology from Capella University. She completed her dissertation on the topic of observational learning and autism. She has taught as adjunct faculty for the University of Phoenix since 2008 on the topics of motivation, human behavior, and personality theories.
